Joint venture with Total,born in October 2010, created through the merger of Total Italia and ERG Petroli, with a network of over 3,000 sales outlets and fuel sales of 4 millionm³/year. 
TotalErg also operates in the Refinery  and Logistics segment (Raffineria di Roma, wholly owned, and Raffineria Sarpom of Trecate, with a 24% share).

Joint venture with LUKOIL that controls the ISAB refinery in Priolo (Sicily), one of the main sites in the Mediterranean both in terms of capacity (320 thousand barrels/day) and in terms of complexity (Nelson index 9.3).

On 31 January 2012 the Board of Directors of ERG S.p.A.approved the exercise of a
put option on 20% of ISAB S.r.l. Following this transaction, LUKOIL owns 80% of ISAB and ERG 20%. (Go to the press release published on 3 September 2012)

Created in the spin-off of the Sicilian Network after the joint venture between ERG and Total, whose businesses did not offer any synergies on the island, the company was established on 1 April 2010 and, as a result of the demerger, it received the branch of business comprising the assets of ERG Petroli SpA in Sicily.

The company operates in the Energy - Thermoelectric sector through the industrial complex called "Centrale Nord" (North Plant) of the Priolo site (480 MW), comprising the natural gas fuelled CCGT (Combined Cycle Gas Turbine) plant.
 

(51% ERG, 49% IPM) company owner of the IGCC plant (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle), one of the world’s most efficient generating plants with a capacity of 528 MW. The IGCC plants generates electricity using the raw material of asphalt, the last residue of the ISAB Impianti Sud Refinery’s process.
 

(51% ERG, 49% IPM) The management of the IGCC plant ISAB Energy is entrusted to ISAB Energy Services, which was established in 1995 to perform the operation and maintenance side of the business.

Subsidiary company that operates in the Renewable energy source segment. The performance of ERG Renew is based mainly on the wind power generation business. Wind farms consist of wind-power generators that can transform the kinetic energy of wind into mechanical energy, which is used in turn to generate electricity.
ERG Renew, wholly owned by the ERG Group, is the largest wind energy producer in Italy and the ninth-largest in Europe, with facilities in five European countries. The installed capacity in Italy is 1,062 MW, corresponding to a market share of 13%. At European level, total installed capacity is 1,232 MW, with a market share of around 1%.

The company (ERG Solare Italia S.r.l. 51% - Princemark Limited 49%) owns a photovoltaic plant within the industrial site of ISAB Energy S.r.l. in Priolo Gargallo (SR) for the production of electrical energy with installed power equal to 968 kW; it became operational during the course of 2011.

On 20 May 2011 ERG Renew and LUKOIL-Ecoenergo signed an agreement for the creation of a 50-50 joint venture, LUKERG Renew, which is to be based in Vienna.The transaction comes within the scope of a Memorandum of Understanding between ERG Renew and LUKOIL (see Press Release dated 12 July 2010) for cooperation in the market of renewable energy sources in the countries of Eastern Europe and in Russia.
