Training programme
The ERG Group pays particular attention to training as a fundamental instrument to
- encourage and accelerate the personal and professional growth of each member of staff;
- promote, reinforce and spread functional behaviour necessary for the success of the society.
ERG training is developed and realised to facilitate the learning processes:
- Specific contents for functions or group of functions: technical/specialist training
- Mode of behaviour that allows the organisation and the individual to develop their own potentiality and talents: managerial/ institutional training.
Specialist Training
This training is aimed at developing the specific technical competences required by the professional group to which the staff member belongs.
This type of training includes seminars, workshops and conventions organised by Business Schools and Research Organisations; for ERG, it offers a fundamental tool for developing human resources along with Institutional and Managerial training activities, encounters with important consultancy companies and participation in benchmarking exercises.
Institutional and Managerial Training
Junior - Assists the staff member to be inserted into the world of work in the ERG Group.. The main objectives are the following:
- make known the business of ERG;
- create a common language;
- promote behaviour considered essential for professional growth;
- develop transverse competence;
- spread economic competence.
Specialists and Managers - Provides the instruments for coordination and supports the individual growth regarding managerial competence: - management and development of personnel;
- team building;
- change management
- Professional and Technical training
This training is aimed at developingthe specific technical competence of the group of professions to which the staff member belongs.
