The tool used is similar to the one used for guiding and monitoring a person’s managerial performance.
In the case of self-development, however, the project leaders are the people themselves.
They define what to work on as well as how and when.
They set the goals and try to reach them, using the resources that ERG makes available to them, their talent and their motivational energy.
