The system of Company competence
The system of company competence in ERG, (Team working, Authority, Coaching, Entrepreneur skills, Vision) indicates the behaviour on which every junior staff member should base his own behaviour and his own actions right from the very beginning of his contact with ERG.
In the spirit of ERG, the values represented by the system of company competence must inspire and guide the management of the society and should indicate their actions, in line with the policies and the aspirations of the Group, both in dealings with internal collaborators as well as external relationships.
Teamworking - Working together towards join objectives
Work efficiently for the intra and inter processes, each giving their contribution to achieving the team’s objectives and in a more vast sense to those of the company by showing a collaborative attitude and using to advantage the contribution of each team member.
Authority - To be a figure of authority recognised by others
To be recognised by colleagues and internal and external collaborators as “guide and reference point” thanks to results achieved, experience, professional competence, relational capacity and the coherence with which the staff member is able to express the Code of Ethics and to promote safe bahavior.
Coaching - Help individuals and the team to grow
Make the best use of the human resources entrusted to you by the society, guiding the development of competence, potentiality, sense of belonging and coherent integration with the values and the objectives of the society taking on the responsibility of preparing managerial back up staff and using to advantage the contribution of of easch team member.
Entrepeneur skills - Guarantee results and take advantage of opportunities
Work towards achieving and exceeding results connected to the development of the business with the aim of continual improvement, demonstrating personal involvement towards the company objectives and acting in advance regarding threats or opportunities.
Vision - See long term and plan the moves
The ability to anticipate, to see beyond in a medium-long term prospective, collocating the day-to-day activity in the vaster and most complex company panorama taking into consideration the different variables (competition, Code of Ethics/safety/values, business objectives, organisation..).
These 5 areas, that are connected to observable behaviour, are, in ERG, the object of the activity of institutional and managerial training.
