Our policy is to increase the dividend only if we are able to foresee the possibility to maintain such dividend in absolute terms also in future.

 
 
 
 

Last Dividend: 

The Shareholders’ Meeting (14 April, 2011) resolved to pay a dividend of € 0.40 per share, which is in line with the recurring component of the dividend distributed in the last ffive financial years and is consistent with the Group’s dividend policy. The dividend was paid on 26 May 2011, with an ex-dividend date as of 23 May 2011.
