• Classical high school diploma from the Liceo Doria in Genova;
• In 1972, graduated in Business and Economics from the Università degli Studi in Genoa;
• Registered with the Genoa Association of Chartered Accountants since 9 February 1973;
• Registered in the List of Official Chartered Accountants (Ruolo dei Revisori Ufficiali dei Conti) since 1979;
• Registered in the Roll of Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Contabili) since 12 April 1995;
• Association of Chartered Accountants Council member for the Genoa Court District (from 1982 to 1985);
• Association of Chartered Accountants Secretary for the Genoa Court District (from 1985 to 1991);
• Association of Chartered Accountants Chairman for the Genoa Court District (from 1991 to 1997).
