Governance

Born in Genoa on 25 July 1947.

From 1964 to 1969 she worked for the tax consulting firm, R.M. Robert.

In 1970 she was hired by the Bozzo Group, which operated primarily in raw coffee trading, where via subsequent levels, she achieved managerial (dirigente) status in January 1990. She was responsible for administrative/tax/financial management holding bank and tax powers of attorney for various group companies and subsequently occupying the position of Administrative Manager until 1992.

In April 1992 she joined ERG as a result of the acquisition of the share package of one of the Bozzo Group companies, where she has remained to date, following the various growth phases of the Company and the Group.

More specifically:

• from 1992 to 1994 as Head of the “Equity Investments” function she was concerned with the streamlining of the equity investment portfolio
   
• from 1995 to 2004 as Administrative Manager, she prepared ERG for admission to Stock Exchange listing which took place in 1997 and grouped within the Holding Company all the administrative operations of the Subsidiaries
   
• from 2005 to 2008 she held the position of Administration and Tax Division Manager and handled the decentralisation and reorganisation of all the administrative/tax operations of the Subsidiaries, maintaining their functional coordination
   
• since November 2008 she has been Risk Office Manager and is concerned with ensuring the existence and implementation of appropriate procedures, processes and controls for the identification and assessment of risks that are significant for the Group
   
• since April 2009 she has held the position of Director of ERG SpA. On the same day she assumed the office of Executive Director appointed to supervise the running of the internal control system on which depend the activities of Internal Audit and Risk Office. She takes care to check the overall adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control system, updating regularly the Internal Control Committee and the Board of Directors

Furthermore:

• from 1992 to 2006 she held numerous engagements on the Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of the Group’s companies;
• from 2002 to 2007 she was Head of Internal Control;
• from 2007 to 2008 she was the Manager Responsible for preparing the Company’s financial reports.

She has been a manager (dirigente) since 1990.

She has been registered in the Role of Auditors since 1995.
