Knowledge and application of the rules of governance ensure that management activities are carried out in an orderly and rational way and ensure that the necessary balance is achieved between compliance with the rules and efficiency.

ERG has complied with the Corporate Governance Code for Italian Listed Companies promoted by Borsa Italiana since its first edition was released in 1999.

The ERG Group, in the course of its business activities, makes reference to ethical principles which are borne out of a well-consolidated patrimony of individual and corporate values.

The conduct of everyone who carries out ERG activities should be imbued with these values, which are:

moral integrity, personal honesty and the correctness of internal and external relations
transparency towards shareholders, related parties and the market
respect for employees and a commitment to valorise their professional capabilities
social commitment
the safeguarding of health, safety and the environment

and more generally the refusal of any kind of conduct which presents aspects which are not compatible with our organisational and managerial model, which is characterised by a total respect for the Law and for the behavioural and procedural regulations in force within ERG.
